I took this picture after my niece got all dirty from the trampoline. I just thought her feet were cute even when there dirty, and it just shows that shes a kid. I love the close up of her toes.

This was a bird in Monterey, CA where my sister lived. Those birds were so easy to take pictures of and I could get so close. The bird just looks noble and I like the line of rocks on the right. The angles are nice and the colors.

This is my niece when she was sleeping on her grandma. She just looked so adorable and her skin looks so smooth. I love the biggness of her hand and then her face hiding in it.

This is Si, and I used to babysit him every sunday. His feet looked so adorable, and the book was actually upside down, so I ran and got my camera, and I looove this picture.

This was in Monterey at Lovers Point. Someone left that vase there and I liked the angle of the bench so I decieded to take pictures and I like it.

This was at the Winchester house that I went on a tour through. I love the lighting of this picture and how you just get to see a little bit of what the room actually looked like.

This was in Monterey right next to Cannery Road. I loved the clouds and I actually shot this through a fence, I couldn’t get to it, So I just stuck my lense in the middle of one of the openings and took the piture. It’s so mysterious because I don’t know what used to be there and now it’s all broken down.

This is my friend Areanna, and I took her senior pictures in Monterey. I love this one because of the boats in the background. One thing that drives me nuts, and what I was trying to avoid, is that little sun light on the bottom on the left. It drives me crazy, but other than that I like this picture.

This is my favorite clothes pin picture I took. I lovethe grey skies and the angles the clothes pins create. The clothes pins are so detailed and thats part of why I like it.

This was my broher just goofing around. I hate the lighting and all the shadows, but I like the placment of him in the lens, and all the colors.

This was, again, at Lovers Point in Monterey. I went expolring on the rocks, and this twig was sticking out betweem a couple of rocks. I love the colors of the ocean and sky in the background.

This was just a practice shot when put my camera around my neck and just started taking pictures. But I absolutly love it, I wish she had mroe of her face, but her eyes are adorable enough.

This is my niece and nephew in my backyard. I just love both of there facial expressions.

This is actually a really mini cup. Its only about 4 inches high. I put the rocks around it to look less boring, and then I caught the sun in the corner because I love hwo that looks.

This was the same day just in different lighing,a nd I moved the rocks around. I love the blue tint of it.

This is the first picture I ever took, when I wanted to start doing photography. I love the lighting, and it’s my first one, so I have to love it.

This seagull was adorable and I took sooo many pictures of him and he looked like he was always modeling for me. This is actually how close I was, I wasn’t zoomed in, but soon enough he flew away. I love the tilted lens and the ocean in the background.

This was again when I first started and I brought my camera everywhere trying to think of what I could do. I love the blue in the picture and the wee rock the lens is focused on, and you can tell how therea woman in the background.

I decided to use the two things that people waste the most for my motion project. It honestly didn’t turn out like I wanted it to, and definitly not my favorite creation, but I still like it. I found the most perfect font for it, and the water looks awesome.

We got my grandmas vintage piano that her mother used to own, last week. It was made between 1912-1918, and it is gorgeous. The lighting from outside was perfect so I just started taking a bunch of pictures of it. This one is my favorite, I love the contrast and the lighting.

This is the one that my mother liked the most. I like it too, but I don’t like the window in the background and how it has lines on it. But again, I do like the contrast of this one.

I like the angle of this one the most. I kept the color in this one because this one was the only one that could handle it and look good.

This was my nephew and niece playing it. They loved it and would not stop playing, so I snapped a few photos and this was the best one that turned out, I would like it better if it was either just 2 hands, or 4, I don’t like the 3 hands.

I made this for my mom for Mothers Day. I just love the angle and contrast of the whole pictures, and how the MOM isn’t to prelevant.

This is a picture of my neice on Easter. This was the first day she discovred that she could clim the trees in my front yard. She would not come down, she loved it, so eventually I just went and got my camera and started taking pictures of her. I like the bottom picture more, but this one is cute too.

I took these pictures with a slower shutter speed. I love the silouhette if the leaves, and I like the second one because it looks spooky, and looks like a tree in a scary forest with fog.

I took these pictures for my friends senior pictures. The first one I absolutly love because I took it without her knowing so it has a complete natural feel, and you can feel the sincerity of her not posing. The second one just looks like a regular senior pictures but I loved the color scheme and how everything matched.

I took this picture at the wedding I was photographing. They had it in a huge house, and there was lovely plants everywhere. So I just took a few quick shots of some of them.

This was another picture at the wedding.

These were the brides flowers three days after. They looked really cool and so I just wanted to take a pictures of it. I wish it was a little clearer.

I don’t really like this picture because of the shadows, but I do love the background that we got to take the pictures in front of. This was a couple that didn’t like traditional poses and pictures, so a huge majority of the pictures, they are all talking in them.

This was the bride and her daughter, every bridesmaid got a picture of her kissing the brides cheek, and the bride kissing her cheek. This one is my favorite because the smile is so sincere.

The owner of the house the wedding was at asked me to take a picture of all the open wine bottles. She was a bit of an alcholic and she wanted me to take this so she could post it on her website and show people how much fun they have and how much wine they had. It was interesting but I did it anyway,a nd I thought these two looked pretty cool.

This is a pictures I took in Monterey on a beach right next to a bunch of buissness’. So it wasn’t a private beach at all, and I was shocked that he was just chillin. Eventually after everyone crowded he left, but I’m glad I got the pictures I did. I love the colors, and I do like the placement of the pelican.

I took this picture during the photo shoot I was doing for the Diane Arbus project. This I just did for fun, it definitly did not look like Diane Arbus, but I had to get some pictures while I had the model and the sun was in the perfect position.

I took this one also during the Diane Arbus project. I didn’t like the picture that much, so I played around with it and got this, and then I loved it.

This is a picture I took a while ago. one thing that annoys me about this picture is that I wish I had mroe of there bottom half, then of the building on the top. But other than that, I love this picture. I took sooo many of them doign this, and this is the only one where I really liked there facical expressions.

I made this in photoshop, and it’s just a bunch of my pictures cut up and put together. I would take the magentic lasso and just start waving i around until it had a really weird shape, and odd cut outs, and then I would delte the selection it made.

This is a picture I took of my sister on the Golden Gate bridge. I took a lot of ones like this but none of them turned out that well. This is the first one that I kind of accidently took, and I tried taking more to make her more prevalent in the picture. Everyother one I took turned out too blurry, so I just stayed with this one.

If I could change this picture a little, I would have moved the camera down and had less sky abouve the building, in the picture. I just like picture of older things, that are rusty or torn up.

This is a silhouette of my father and sister. I love pictures of silhouettes againsta pretty, or interesting background. If I could do it again I would probably take out my sister and have it just of my dad.

I love this picture because the little girls face is so hilarious. She was having so much fun running around and you can tell in this picture. I’m pretty sure I caught her when she was in mid sentence. I also like the vibrant colors.

I took a picture of the closed down cafe near the Golden Gate Bridge, then I put a picture of the bridge and the car lights in the background. It gave it a more vintage looked that I really like.

This picture was taken while I was in Monterey, CA visting my siblings. I was just standing there with my camera, then I realized that through the camera lens it would look like a silouhette against the sun. I took a lot of these pictures, but this one was my favorite. It was my brother and his girlfriend just having fun and playing around. One thing, is that I wish the sand wasn’t so dark, but there wasn’t much I could do about that.

I was actually riding in a car when I took this picture. I saw it when it was a little far away, and I knew I wanted to take a picture of it, so I got my camera ready and snapped two shots of it while driving down the street. This was just a car parked outside of someones house in San Francisco. I love the rust on the car and the house, they look olden day, and kind of match. I don’t really like how the back is cut off, but I couldn’t retake it.

I took this picture when i was doing my stop motion project. I like how much focus is on the page, but how none of the background is blurry. You can still see the sides of her, and you can not see the girls face, which I aslo like.

This picture is a combination of the San Francisco picture and a picture of my niece I took a little bit ago. It makes me think of a child that was abducted, kind of sad, but it showes a strong emotion non the less.

This is a picture I took while on the Golden Gate bridge. There was just a ball of wire hanging down, and i thought it looked cool against the sky. I don’t really like the colors in the background too much, or how it kkind of looks like a drawing, but otehr than that I like it.
